Bruderland
Bruderland - This project was exhibited around the turn of 2023/2024 at the Galerie Independence of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, following an invitation from the Cercle Artistique de Luxembourg (CAL).
The title Bruderland (“Brotherland”) refers to the close geographical and cultural ties between Luxembourg and the German-speaking Community of Belgium. More specifically, the project reflects on the prosperity our region has gained through the work of cross-border commuters, whose daily movement across national borders has become an essential part of the region’s economic and social fabric.
